COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> UP-93-1 <br /> 4 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145. 2) <br /> 5 . The frontage improvements for Micke Grove Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with standards for one-half of the <br /> adopted Micke Grove Road Precise Plan. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. <br /> (A $260 . 00 fee currently is required for processing per <br /> Development Title Table 9-240 . 2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed and an estimate for the required frontage <br /> improvements. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered <br /> Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be <br /> supplied by the Public Works Department and submitted to the <br /> Public Works Department for approval. As an option the <br /> Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing and <br /> estimate for an additional fee of $115. 00. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2) <br /> 6 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 079 . 00 <br /> per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as "Service Commercial" <br /> in the Lodi area. The fee can be reduced by the credit of <br /> $3 , 002 . 00 for the existing single family dwelling unit being <br /> converted. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as <br /> published by the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304 , R-91-1025) <br /> 7 . The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently <br /> is $236 . 00 per 1, 000 gross square foot of building as <br /> "Service Commercial" . The fee can be reduced by the credit of <br /> $1, 142 . 00 for the existing single family dwelling unit being <br /> converted. The fee shall be automatically increased on January <br /> 1 of each year at the rate of 6. 9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 <br /> percent shall be added to the fee upon payment for processing <br /> and administering the program.
