Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> future centerline of Micke Grove Road to the property line, as <br /> shown on the adopted Micke Grove Road Precise Plan, shall be <br /> required along the frontage of APN 059-210-28 . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150. 2) <br /> 2 . A Traffic Study addressing interim site access and egress shall <br /> be conducted to determine the impacts and mitigation measures <br /> on County roads. The developer shall deposit with the County <br /> funds for all costs, as estimated by the Public Works <br /> Department Public Facilities Division, prior to Public Works <br /> Department preparing or contracting for the required study. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> 3 .
