The <br /> site is located within the East 2 of Section 36, Township 3 North, <br /> Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. <br /> This property and the surrounding area is zoned AL-10 (Agri- <br /> cultural Limited) . The topography of this location is very flat <br /> with a gradient of approximately 0. 0011, sloping northeast to <br /> southwest. There are no waterways or drainage channels crossing <br /> the property. <br /> The topographic soils map prepared by the University of Cali- <br /> fornia, Berkeley, indicates the site is largely covered by Capay <br /> clay loam with smaller areas being covered by Landlow clay (adobe) <br /> soils. For several years, the subject property has been used for <br /> the cultivation of row crops. Prior to that time, the land was <br /> planted to walnuts. The latest San Joaquin County Water <br /> Conservation District maps reveal the standing water level of the <br /> subject site to be at a depth of approximately sixty-six (661 ) feet <br /> below the ground surface. This relates to a groundwater elevation <br /> of approximately -29 feet. <br /> Attached is a copy of percolation tests performed on <br /> September 25 and November 27 , 1991 by Kleinfelder, Inc. Two (2) <br /> test holes were drilled to a depth of approximately nine and one- <br /> half (921 ) feet.
