There is no <br /> history of septic system failures in this area. It is the opinion <br /> of the undersigned that the soil conditions are suitable for the <br /> purpose of the subject application, which is to create two (2) 10- <br /> acre parcels which will be continued in the present agricultural <br /> usage. <br /> In consideration of the fact that the subject minor <br /> subdivision application will provide for a maximum of two (2) <br /> additional new septic tank systems, it is the opinion of the <br /> undersigned that the subject application will not have an adverse <br /> cumulative effect on the quality of the groundwater in the area. <br /> Our professional opinion is that the above findings and statements <br /> do not constitute either an expressed or implied guarantee or <br /> warranty. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> R.
