The revised traffic study dated May 1999 requires the following improvements to be provided: <br /> (1) Stop sign controls and street lights (outside the road right-of-way) shall be placed at all three <br /> entrances prior to issuance of any additional certificates of occupancy. <br /> (2) A 12 foot, two-way left turn lane shall be constructed along the frontage of Middle Road from <br /> the west driveway to approximately 300 feet east of the east driveway prior to issuance of <br /> any additional certificates of occupancy. Additional right-of-way shall be dedicated if <br /> necessary. <br /> I. All improvements shall be in conformance with the current Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. Improvement plans and specifications shall be <br /> submitted These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the Department of Public Works (Development Title <br /> Section 9-240, Section 9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> m.
