(1) Construct a traffic signal at the intersection of Lammers Road and Grant Line Road <br /> j. Prior to issuance of a building permit for this Project, the applicant shall pay San Joaquin County <br /> their fair share contribution toward the cost of 1-205/Grant Line Road northbound on-ramp <br /> improvements as stated in the Final Transportation Impact Analysis Report dated May 2017 The <br /> amount shall be 1.85% of$4,903,600=$90,716.60. <br /> I.
