� J <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum of two (2) parking spaces shall be provided. (0.67 spaces are required for every <br /> 1,000 feet of building area. Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (2) The parking spaces shall be surfaced with gravel or aggregate base to provide a dust free <br /> surface. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Ligh:ing shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Developmert Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. SCREENING: All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall <br /> be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way. Screening <br /> shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street <br /> side yards, or in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet from <br /> any future right-of-way line, including any corner cutoff (snipe). (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1710.2[g]) <br /> j. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply: <br /> (1) All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, shall be <br /> maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of manure, so as to discourage <br /> the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and offensive odors. Premises shall be <br /> maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> (2) Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or maintained in coops, <br /> pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, on property of less than 1/2 acre, closer than <br /> 40 feet from any rear or side property line.
