r <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 11 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 21820 E. Milton Rd., <br /> Linden, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural land. <br /> It is zoned R-R(Rural Residential). The project parcel number is 093-040-53. There are two <br /> homes on the existing parcel. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create four 2 acre parcels <br /> and one "Designated Remainder" parcel from one 12.7± acre parcel. <br /> Fil 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owners, Gerald and Leslie Ford and Ken and Shirley Ford, have jointly owned the <br /> property for 7 years. Prior to this, it was owned solely by Gerald and Leslie Ford. The past and <br /> present use of the property has been rural residential and a walnut orchard. Future use of the parcels <br /> being created will be for homesite purposes. <br /> J 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four parcels and a designated remainder from one existing parcel. Once the parcels are developed <br /> a septic system will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. There <br /> are two septic systems serving the two homes on the existing parcel. Permits were researched and <br /> illustrate this fact. <br /> i <br /> 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed one permit for this <br /> Parcel. (See Appendix.) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: One septic permit has been issued, no history of <br /> septic repair is available for subject parcel. (See Appendix.) <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consists of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. <br /> (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general area <br /> range in installation dates from 1972 to 2007.
