3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum(including second unit dwellings) septic <br /> tank usage on site. The proposed parcels will have a primary residence,no second unit dwelling <br /> is planned, thus only one septic system is anticipated at this time. Per County ordinances, all parcel's <br /> created per this application is entitled to one primary residence and one second unit dwelling. <br /> Therefore this project could ultimately have 10 homes. <br /> 4.0 GROUNDWATER INFORMATION SECTION: <br /> 4.1 Description of the depth and gradient of groundwater in the general area: The depth to <br /> ground water in this area is approximately 140 feet according to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth <br /> to Groundwater"published Spring, 1999,by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water <br /> Conservation District. The gradient descends from east to west. <br /> 4.2 DescriptionlDiscussion of any existing and/or potential groundwater contamination <br /> [ issues in the general location of the site: The concerns for groundwater contamination in this <br /> area is deemed low due to the depths involved. Insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers typically <br /> do not impact groundwater at these depths, however, as with any agricultural area,there is always <br /> potential for contamination due to chemicals used in the farming operation. <br /> 4.3 Description of location, type and construction of well and location where water sample(s) <br /> } were obtained: Water samples were taken from a spigot at the well located at 21820 E. Milton Road <br /> on November 4, 2009 by Mike Toy of Dillon&Murphy. <br /> 4.4 Description of constituents being tested for in the water sample: The water samples are <br /> being tested for nitrates and DBCP. <br /> 4.5 Description of how sample was obtained, handled, stored, and transported to the lab: <br /> The water samples were obtained from the spigot at the well located at 21820 E. Milton Road. <br /> The samples were taken by Mike Toy of Dillon& Murphy and driven directly to Precision <br /> E <br /> Enviro-Tech. The samples were taken and handled in accordance with Precision Enviro-Tech <br /> requirements.
