&
Aa DEVELOPMENT,
ENGINEERING
WE DESIGN TO LAST LTD,
October 17, 1994
Ervan E. Frisk
21982 E. Milton Road
Linden, CA 95236
SOIL SUITABILITY STUDY
ERVAN E. FRISK
21982 E. MILTON ROAD
LINDEN, CA 95236
1. INTRODUCTION
Our firm was retained by Ervan E. Friak to perform a soil suitability study
on the subject property located at 21982 E. Milton, Road, Linden, CA 95236. The
purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic
tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of the Public
Health Service Percolation Test Procedures and San Joaquin County Ordinances.
This report presents the results of our study.
11. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The area where the property is located is zoned rural residencial with 2
Acre minimum lot sizes. The property is being split into three(3) parcels with
an existing residence on Parcel 2, Parcels 1 & 3 will be vacant at this time
until it is decided on the type of residence that would be built on the vacant
parcels or the property is sold to a new owner and the new owner builds.
111. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE
Except where the existing residence is on the property the remainder of the
property has been in pasture for grazing the owners cattle. It is anticipated
that the open area where the residences would be proposedL,wld still allow much
of the land open for grazing and or lawn.
1V. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE
Currently Parcel 2 is being servied by a septic system that has been in
operation for in excess of 20 years without any problems and the other two
Parcels 1 and 3 should not have any problem when the future proposed new systems
would be installed with leach lines and deep pits under a new building permit.
The existing system consists of a septic tank and 3-100 foot leach lines. Pits
are bing required more and more in this area since there is a considerable
portion of this area having hardpan .
1050 EAST SAHARA AVE.9SUITE 4020 4061 FA1?XTN= ROAD
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA 89104 STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95215
(702) 733-8227 HEO'D (209) 463-607'7
