INTRODUCTION <br /> Our firm was retained by Robert Bell to perform a soil suitability study <br /> on the subject property located at 22180 E. Milton Road, Linden, CA 95236. The <br /> purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic <br /> tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of the Public <br /> Health Services Percolation Test Procedures and the San Joaquin County Ordiances. <br /> This report presents the results of our study. <br /> 11. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is zoned rural residencial with 2 <br /> acre minimum lot sizes. The property is being split into three (3) parcels <br /> with an existing residence on Parcel 1, a vacant lot on Parcel two (2) with a <br /> proposed modular home for Parcel 2 and the existing mobile home on Parcel three <br /> (3) is to be placed on a permanent foundation. The existing hone and mobile <br /> bane are on their van septic systems and well systems. <br /> 111. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> Except where the new modular name is being proposed for Parcel Two (2) <br /> the other two parcels, Parcel 1 & 3 will remain pretty much the same as they <br /> are currently with the mobile hone being place on a permanent foundation and <br /> the remainder of the land staying in pasture for the cattle and horses. <br /> 1V. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Currently Parcels 1 & 3 are being servied by a septic system and Parcel 3 <br /> will also be serviced by a new septic syste consisting of leach line with deep <br /> pits.
