(2) Any liqhtinq shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> j. CALIFORNIA BUILDING CODE: The following California Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Building Inspection Division: <br /> (1) The proposed use will change the occupancy of the building in Phase I from a U-3 occupancy to <br /> an S-1 (C.B.C. Section 301). The structure shall be brought into compliance with all current <br /> code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled <br /> access requirements. <br /> A. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access requirements. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (See memo dated May 3, 2005.) <br /> 3.
