c. SIGNS: The project shall comply with the following sign regulations: <br /> (1) All portions of the signs shall be setback a minimum of five (5)feet from future right-of-way lines, <br /> including corner cut-off (snipe), and shall not block pedestrian or vehicle rights-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1710.1[g]) <br /> d. MARKETING EVENTS: Marketing events shall comply with the following regulations: <br /> (1) A maximum of six(6)marketing events shall be permitted annually as described in the marketing <br /> plan dated January 10, 2005. <br /> (2) Marketing events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1075.8[m][21) <br /> e. BUSINESS LICENS1O: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. (3ection 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE Any additional stormwater drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown <br /> on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be <br /> included. (DevelopmE nt Title Section 9-1135) <br /> g. PARKING: Off-streei parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently <br /> maintained with chip seal or an alternative surfacing material. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1075.5(i)) <br /> (2) A minimum of five (5) parking spaces shall be provided, including one van accessible space. <br /> Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title <br /> 24). <br /> (3) Parking for marketing events shall be located on either side of the existing driveway <br /> (approximately 1;300 feet in length) in such a way as not to prevent the ingress or egress of the <br /> project site. <br /> (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9)feet wide and twenty <br /> (20)feet long. (DE!velopment Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveway: shall have a minimum width of twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet or one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20) feet wide. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[h]) <br /> i. LIGHTING: Lighting,,hall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking aree is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development Titla Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> Conditions of Approval - 2 - PA-0500221 <br />
