c. SIGNS: The project shall comply with the following sign regulations: (1) All portions of the signs shall be setback a minimum of five (5)feet from future right-of-way lines, including corner cut-off (snipe), and shall not block pedestrian or vehicle rights-of-way. (Development Title Section 9-1710.1[g]) d. MARKETING EVENTS: Marketing events shall comply with the following regulations: (1) A maximum of six(6)marketing events shall be permitted annually as described in the marketing plan dated January 10, 2005. (2) Marketing events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1075.8[m][21) e. BUSINESS LICENS1O: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the initiation of the use. (3ection 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) f. STORM DRAINAGE Any additional stormwater drainage created by new improvements shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. PARKING: Off-streei parking shall be provided and comply with the following: (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with chip seal or an alternative surfacing material. (Development Title Section 9- 1075.5(i)) (2) A minimum of five (5) parking spaces shall be provided, including one van accessible space. Accessible spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). (3) Parking for marketing events shall be located on either side of the existing driveway (approximately 1;300 feet in length) in such a way as not to prevent the ingress or egress of the project site. (4) Each parking stall shall be an unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9)feet wide and twenty (20)feet long. (DE!velopment Title Section 9-1015.5[b]) h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site Plan: (1) Access driveway: shall have a minimum width of twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet or one-way aisles, except that in no case shall driveways designated as fire department access be less than twenty(20) feet wide. LIGHTING: Lighting,,hall be provided and comply with the following: (1) If the parking aree is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed.
