With all due respect that is crazy
and deserves no consideration by me.
Page 3 d)PARKING
I will not pave anymore of my land, the whole point of this is to support
aL7ritourism, the visitors that want that experience do not want a paved over
suburban experience. I farm grapes, I control dust as a normal part of my
operations because of its impact on the vineyard. I have decided that additional
paving is not necessary and I will cancel this project rather than pave another
inch I don't believe is necessary.
Page 3 f) LANDSCAPING
As you should note from the picture of our estate on our website we do a
pretty good job of landscaping. We have over 150 rose bushes, and flowers
everywhere we want them. I will not prepare a landscaping plan, nor agree to
any particular landscaping as J like to make those decisions as a project comes
together and I can see it.
Page 3 g) SCREENING
We operate a winery and three homes on our property. A look at the
layout will show that our nearest neighbor to the core building area is at least 1/4
mile away. The vineyard and distance and topography all screen our property
more than enough in my opinion. I will not be building any on site screening.
Page 4 m) SITE LAYOUT
This park is designed and limited to Park Madel RV. Our goal was to
create the feel of a 1940's era neighborhood, with clabord siding, porches and
sidewalks to a common area in the middle. No cars will be parked on the RV
site. I will not comply with this requirement.
Environmental Health Department, letter of March 19, 2009
With respect to paragraph A, There is no need for a pert test we have 3
operating systems on this property, all of which prove the effectiveness of a
