The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. A "Will Serve" letter from the Cal Water for water service <br /> shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 12. The development is subject to assessments under Improvement District No. 51. The <br /> subdivider shall initiate processing of Segregation of Services. Currently the fee for <br /> processing the segregation is $390.00 plus $23.00 per lot, per Development Title Section <br /> 9-240.2 and Resolution R-91-327. (The fee due will be based on the current fee <br /> schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.3) <br /> 13. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). An <br /> application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, along <br /> with payment of the, reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording the Parcel <br /> Map. <br /> 14.
