July 22,2002 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-182 <br /> Del Monte Foods,Plant#33 of 2716 East Miner Street, Stockton is listed as a closed Local Oversight <br /> Program LUST site. <br /> v <br /> Parrish& Sons,3128 East lvfiner Avenue, Stockton is listed twice for being a closed Local Oversight <br /> Program LUST site. <br /> Sheldon Oil, 3310 East Miner Avenue, Stockton is listed for being a closed Local Oversight Program <br /> LUST site. <br /> Diesel Performance Inc, 2804 East Fremont Street, Stockton is listed for being an open Local <br /> Oversight Program LUST groundwater case. NOA investigated this site further by reviewing the file <br /> on this property at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division. Information gleaned from <br /> the file included the fact that the groundwater depth at the site at the time was fifty-five (55) feet <br /> below ground surface. The groundwater flow direction was listed as being southwest with a <br /> northeast component. This property is northwest of the subject property and therefore is down to <br /> cross gradient of the subject property. <br /> A& A Tool Rentals& Sales Inc, 2911 East Fremont Street, Stockton is listed for being a closed <br /> Local Oversight Program LUST site. <br /> 3. San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> _ Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County OES in an attempt to determine if there are any <br /> files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials releases or spills on the subject <br /> property or in the vicinity of the subject property. According to Ms. Donna Thomas of that office, <br /> there were no files in their database for such an occurrence. <br /> A review of the"Proposition 65"binders from January 1995 to present within 1/4 mile of the subject <br /> property revealed no (0) documents referencing properties in the search radius. <br /> 4. San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Division <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Division in an attempt to determine <br /> if there are any files present at that agency which note any hazardous materials storage, releases or <br /> spills,underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, or leaking underground storage tanks <br /> on the subject property or in the vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Trudy of the San Joaquin County Fire Prevention Division reported that there is one(1)file for the <br /> subject property. The record on file is a permit for a tank removal dated July 5, 1989. <br /> 8 <br />
