July 22,2002 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-182 <br /> The second address listed for this facility is 2716 East Miner Avenue, Stockton, CA. Under this <br /> heading the facility has had eight tanks removed, all of unknown content. These tanks are described <br /> as one(1) five hundred (500) gallon, two (2) one thousand (1,000) gallon, one (1) four thousand <br /> (4,000)gallon and four(4)ten thousand (10,000)gallon. <br /> Diesel Performance Inc, 2804 East Fremont Street, Stockton is listed as having two (2) tanks of <br /> unknown content removed. One of the tanks was eight hundred(800) gallons,the other was three <br /> thousand(3,000) gallons. <br /> Froeliger Machine Tool Company,3023 East Myrtle Street, Stockton is listed for having had one(1) <br /> one thousand (1,000) gallon, unleaded tank removed. <br /> J H Kleinfelder& Associates, 2825 East Myrtle Street, Stockton is listed as having one (1) one <br /> thousand (1,000) gallon, unknown content tank removed. <br /> Jim Drace, 527 North Filbert Street, Stockton is listed as having one (1) two hundred-fifty (250) <br /> gallon, unknown content tank removed. <br /> Kerns Oil, 3310 East Miner Avenue, Stockton is listed as having one (1)three hundred thousand <br /> (300,000) gallon jet fuel tank removed. <br /> Laborer's Union Local#73*,2841 East Myrtle Street, Stockton is listed as having two(2)unknown <br /> ` quantity tanks removed. This <br /> property had a four hundred (400) gallon, unknown content tank removed. <br /> United Rentals, 2911 East Fremont Street, Stockton is listed as having five(5)tanks removed. Two <br /> (2)of the tanks were five hundred-fifty(550)gallon,waste oil. One(1)of the tanks is listed as two <br /> thousand(2,000) gallon,unleaded tank. The other two tanks were listed as three thousand (3,000) <br /> gallon, unleaded tanks. <br /> There was one(1)reference to the subject property and seven(7)references for properties within 1/4 <br /> mile noted on the Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database List. The file on the subject property <br /> is listed as D A Parrish& Sons Inc, 2905 East Miner Avenue, Stockton. The case closed in August <br /> of 1995. NOA investigated this site further by reviewing the file at San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental health Division.
