HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION <br /> Recorded Land Title Records <br /> A chain of title report was not provided or requested by the client for NOA's use in preparing this <br /> .. report. <br /> A. Aerial Photographs <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the San Joaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California. <br /> 1937-The subject property is vacant with paths cutting across it trending east/west. There does not <br /> appear to be any vegetation on the subject property. The property to the south, across East Miner <br /> Avenue, appears to be vacant. There are residences to the north and to the east of the subject <br /> property. To the west of the subject property, across Shasta Avenue, there are residences. <br /> ` 1952 - The subject property now has three buildings on it. One is located on the corner of the <br /> intersection of Shasta Avenue and East Miner Avenue. One is to the north of the first, fronting <br /> Shasta Avenue. The third is to the east of the first,fronting East Miner Avenue. There appears to <br /> be cars parked to the rear of these buildings, the northeast portion of the parcel. Everything else <br /> concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be similar to the 1937 <br /> photograph, described above. <br /> 1963 - The property to the south appears to have large buildings on it as well as being used for <br /> tractor trailer storage. Everything else concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity <br /> appears to be similar to the 1952 photograph, described above. <br /> 1975-The building on the subject property to the east of the intersection of Shasta Avenue and East <br /> Miner Avenue, fronting East Miner Avenue is no longer apparent. Everything else concerning the <br /> subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be similar to the 1963 photograph, described <br /> above. <br /> 1983 -Everything concerning the subject property and its immediate vicinity appears to be similar <br /> to the 1975 photograph, described above. <br /> B. USGS Topographic Maps <br /> The topographic quadrangles needed to view the subject property in its entirety are the U.S. <br /> Geological Survey, Stockton East and Stockton West, California, 7.5 minute Series (topographic) <br /> 10 <br />
