July 22,2002 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-182 <br /> quadrangle map. Both of the quadrangles are available at the Stockton Public Library from the years <br /> 1952, 1968, and 1968 photorevised 1976 and 1968 photorevised in 1987. <br /> The Stockton East quadrangle was used to view the east half of the subject property, descriptions of <br /> which follow. <br /> — <br /> 1952 - The subject property is found in Section 44, T. 1 N., R. 7 E., Mount Diablo Baseline and <br /> Meridian and is essentially flat at approximately 25 feet above mean sea level. East Miner Avenue <br /> is apparent.
