(3) The area for s':orage of inoperable vehicles, as shown on the Site Plan dated September 29, <br /> 2000, shall be surfaced with a minimum of base material of appropriate depth(gravel). <br /> f. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed. <br /> (Development'ritle Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines<hall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares,provided, however,that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten (10) foot wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of <br /> Miner Avenue, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor storage areas, or other <br /> permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> In. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) The vehicle storage area shall be screened from view from Miner Avenue, a public roadway. <br /> Screening and screening materials shall be consistent with Sections 9-1022.4(a), (b) and (e). <br /> Storage areas for trash shall also be screened and set back at least 30 feet from Miner Avenue. <br /> 2.
