TENTATIVE MAP: The Final Map shall substantially conform with the approved tentative map <br /> dated March 23, 2007. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 50 feet, measured a distance of 20 feet back <br /> from the front lot line. (Development Title Section 9-310.4) <br /> (2) All parcel's shall have a minimum lot area of 5000 square feet. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 310.3) <br /> c. RIGHT TO FARM: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Code Section 6-9004(b), the following note <br /> shall be placed on the Final Map: <br /> (1) All persons purchasing lots within the boundaries of this approved map should be prepared to <br /> accept the inconveniences or discomforts associated with agricultural operations or activities, <br /> such as noise, odors, insects, dust or fumes. San Joaquin County has determined that such <br /> inconveniences or discomforts shall not be considered to be a nuisance. <br /> d. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development <br /> Department for approval by the Director. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following:. <br /> (1) Street trees are required as specified in Section 9-1020.4 of the Development Title. <br /> f.
