At the time of development of Parcels 2 through 6, the entire length of the <br /> private right-of-way for Parcels 1 through 6 shall be constructed and <br /> maintained to the standards required by Section 10.207 of the Uniform Fire <br /> Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement Standards. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> f. RIGHT TO FARM: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Code Section 6-9004(b), the <br /> following note shall be placed on the Final Map: <br /> All persons purchasing lots within the boundaries of this approved map should be <br /> prepared to accept the inconveniences or discomforts associated with agricultural <br /> operations or activities, such as noise, odors, insects, dust or fumes. San Joaquin County <br /> has determined that such inconveniences or discomforts shall not be considered to be a <br /> nuisance. <br /> 2) COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a.
