The report shall include evaluation of nonpoint source ofhaZardous <br /> materials,including agricultural chemical residues,as well aspotentialpoint sources,sucb as fuel storage <br /> tanks, septic ystemr, or chemical storage areas. <br /> The purpose of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify,to the extent feasible <br /> and based on the search methods described in the text, sources of surface or subsurface contamination <br /> to the subject property. The report also provides recommendations intended to inform the client and <br /> allow the EHD to make an informed decision on whether further action should be required to address <br /> any potential contamination sources identified.
