NOA specifically disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized use of <br /> this report. <br /> LThis report is intended to update the previous Surface& Subsurface Contamination Report prepared <br /> for the subject property by NOA and dated March 4, 2005. <br /> ` 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Description of Site <br /> L. <br /> The subject property is located east of Highway 99 on East Miner Avenue.The property is a 1.054-acre <br /> lot (APN 143-350-19,20 and 21),roughly rectangular in shape with the southeast comer flagging out <br /> to the east. A U-shaped dirt driveway cuts through the center of the subject property; the remainder <br /> of the property is vacant. The exact subject property boundaries utilized in this investigation are defined <br /> Lon the site map (Appendix A). <br /> According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential). This zone is intended to"provide for neighborhoods <br /> L, consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population <br /> centers which have public services." <br /> i <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> L1.2 Proposed Development <br /> Mr.Lucas indicated in his responses to our environmental questionnaire(signed and dated February 24, <br /> ` 2005) that he is proposing two small minor subdivisions with a total of seven single-family homes on <br /> the subject property. <br /> ` 2.0 PAST, PRESENT,AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES <br /> Past uses of the property were discussed in detail in the original report. Since 1937, the property has / <br /> ` apparently been vacant or used as an extension of Anteros Avenue. The property is currently vacant.
