PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. <br /> �. "Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or <br /> excavation under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material musbe stored, <br /> / removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> v with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 and #1481, A.B. 939 , <br /> and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> dDemmolition of all dilapidated structures and removal of all <br /> Vydemolition material from premises to an approved landfill <br /> site. <br /> e. Destroy or properly seal the abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> f. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> V A letter from the water supplier will be required stating <br /> that they have the capacity to serve the development and <br /> that the system meets State standards prior to recording <br /> the Parcel Map. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> a. Demolition Permit to be finaled prior to recording of the <br /> survey. <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The existing house on the north end of parcel shall be removed <br /> prig to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br />
