The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee is $2 , 627 . 00 for each <br /> single family dwelling unit in the Stockton area. The fee <br /> shall be automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) <br /> i. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Miner Avenue to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of APN 143-350-04 . <br /> j . A "Will Serve" letter from Cal Water Company shall b- <br /> required. <br /> k. Storm drainage shall be metered into existing system. <br /> 1. The frontage improvements for Miner Avenue shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of <br /> a 50-foot right-of-way urban street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvemnet Agreement prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Planning Title Section 9-10500 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate for the <br /> required frontage improvements. The estimate shall be <br /> prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Public Works and <br /> submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. As <br /> an option the Department of Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing and estimate for an additional fee of $100. 00 . <br /> M. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate a <br /> Twenty-five foot (251 ) wide right-of-way with a 20 by 20 foot <br /> corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection with Miner Avenue <br /> and a fifty foot (50 ' ) radius turn-around at the southerly end <br /> along the west property line of APN 143-350-04 . <br /> n. The right-of-way of Ordinance Requirement #1M shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform <br /> Fire Code Section 10 . 207 and the Eastside Fire District. <br />
