Building address numbers shall be plainly visible from the street fronting the property. <br /> Said numbers shall contrast with their background. <br /> 2. According to Manteca Municipal Code Section 15.24.070, buildings containing a <br /> minimum of 6,000 square feet shall be protected by an automatic fire sprinkler system. <br /> Plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Fire Prevention Division prior to the <br /> Roof Nail inspection. <br /> 3. Our copy of the preliminary site plan did not clearly indicate the location of the hydrants. <br /> The Fire Prevention Division recommends the installation of fire hydrants according to <br /> the City of Manteca Standards in the following locations: <br /> a. At the entrance to the "A-B-C" Building (adjacent to the listed monument sign) off of <br /> Moffat Blvd. <br /> b. At the entrance to the single commercial building (Bldg. "D") off of Moffat Blvd. <br /> c. Within the sidewalk curbing at the northeast comer of Building "C". <br /> 4. The entrance driveways to both parcels have been designated Emergency Vehicle <br /> Access Lanes. All non-parking curbing shall be painted Red with "NO PARKING FIRE <br /> LANE" stenciled in White lettering approximately every thirty (30) linear feet. <br /> F. Parks and Recreation Department Conditions: <br /> 1. Street trees to be planted into landscaped areas and spacing as noted in the City <br /> Specifications. <br /> 2.
