Prior to construction activity on projects one (1) acre or more in size, the developer <br /> shall meet the requirements of the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, <br /> administered by the California State Water Resources Control Board. Box 1977 <br /> Sacramento, CA 95812-1977 <br /> b. Provide and install storm drain inlet markers at each curb inlet or catch basin. Markers <br /> shall be of the type specified by the City and shown on the improvement plans; <br /> c. Minimize impervious areas; <br /> d. Drainage from impervious areas shall be treated to remove oil and petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons prior to going into the City's storm drainage system; <br /> e. Ensure adequate operation and maintenance of treatment systems. <br /> 19. The developer shall be responsible for contacting the South San Joaquin Irrigation <br /> District to determine the District's requirements to use District facilities for storm <br /> drainage purposes. <br /> 20. Any existing water well(s) on the property that are not approved for use by the City and <br /> the State Department of Health, shall be abandoned in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. Provide <br /> proof of a destruction permit. <br /> 21. The existing 300 foot deep test hole shall be destroyed in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department.
