(SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 5) <br /> APPLICANT: Aqua Pools APN: 243-200-39 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> State Route Highway 99 has an existing right-of-way width which varies and a planned right-of- <br /> way width as determined by Caltrans. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
