The frontage improvements for Mokelumne Street and Orange Street shall be constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot-wide right-of-way local commercial street <br /> with a handicap ramp at the corner. The existing 18-inch storm drain shall be extended to the east <br /> property line.
