INTRODUCTION/PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The parcel is located at the corner of Lilac Street and Mokelumne Street, SW corner, in <br /> Woodbridge. (SJ County) The parcel contains 34,989 SF. Parcel 2 has access on Lilac Street. <br /> Parcel 1 has access either on Lilac or Mokelumne Street. All utilities are available. The site is <br /> located in a residential area. The site is Zoned R/M <br /> PAST, PRESENT/PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THE SITE <br /> The address is not listed in the Abstract, City Directories, between 1970 and 2005. (Copy <br /> included). The site was occupied by California Fuels, a delivery company, for several years. <br /> IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST/CURRENT SOURCES OF CONTAMINATION <br /> The following sources were researched for any environmental conditions on the site or in the <br /> search area: <br /> Environmental Data Resources, ASTM Standards <br /> Agricultural Records <br /> Soil Survey Data <br /> — <br /> State Environmental Records <br /> Local Environmental Records, EHD; Planning Department SJC, Flood Control Maps <br /> Site Review <br /> Owner Questionnaire <br /> Property Profile or Deed <br /> The EHD Inc., research, lists an SLIC site located at 838 Mokelumne Street. The activity was <br /> closed in 1989. (This was a leaking oil tank). The following remarks were listed on page 7: <br /> Site referred to Enforcement by San Joaquin County. Enforcement referred to Site <br /> Mitigation Site was backlogged _pjaled.W&is vacant and fenced The <br /> site feature. Tanks were removed in June 1988. <br /> Groundwater is very shallow about 10-20 feet. TPH was detected at 22 ppm at 7 feet. County <br /> referred site to RWQCB and DTSC. <br /> 1. <br />
