APN: 015-450-09 Also listed within ''/2 mile of the site are two sites listed as#2 and#3: The Del Rio Winery at 555 Woodbridge Road (site#2) has three fuel tanks listed as HIST UST, one for unleaded and two for diesel. The#3 site is listed at 440 Alan Ave., as a CERCLIS listing. This was removal only. A mercury spill occurred inside a SFR. The Historical Topographic maps furnished by EDR are for the years 1910, 1947, 1953, 1968 and 1968-1976 and shows the development of Woodbridge. Woodbridge consisted of approximately 12 square blocks in 1910. The aerial photographs furnished by EDR are for the years 1957, 1963, 1984, 1993 and 1998. The RR tracks do not appear on the 1993 aerial. ` The Sanborn maps for 1895 and 1908 are included and show the site which would be located in Block 12, between the RR tracks and Live Oak(Lilac). A Church was located across Mokelumne Street to the north. A fruit packing company was located to the west and a hay building to the south. ;,The public water supply is listed as Mokelumne Acres Maint. District and several private small suppliers also exist in the area. From the EDR data it is evident the site has been located in an urban area for almost 100 years. L /The agricultural commissioner's report was not available at the printing of this report. Upon receipt it will be forwarded as an addendum. ` ✓The USDA Soil Map identifies the predominant soil as Tokay=Acampo and being moderately drained and well drained, moderately coarse textured soil. 6. The State Records were reviewed. The CVRWQCB list of 4/1/05 shows a listing at 838 Mokelumne Street for California Fuels and closed by RB. The DTSC's list has no listing on Mokelumne Street. 6. Local Environmental Records(EHD LUST) do not show a listing on Mokelumne or Lilac Streets. The Flood Control Map indicates an approximate depth of 22'to static water. The Planning Department, SJC, indicates the Zoning to be R/M. ` The site was visited on 8/2/05 and 8/19/05. Photographs are included and shows Parcel I and 2 to be vacant. A park exists to the west of ` the SFR shown in photo `B". 2.
