APN: 015-450-09 <br /> Also listed within ''/2 mile of the site are two sites listed as#2 and#3: <br /> The Del Rio Winery at 555 Woodbridge Road (site#2) has three fuel tanks listed as HIST UST, <br /> one for unleaded and two for diesel. <br /> The#3 site is listed at 440 Alan Ave., as a CERCLIS listing. This was removal only. A mercury <br /> spill occurred inside a SFR. <br /> The Historical Topographic maps furnished by EDR are for the years 1910, 1947, 1953, 1968 and <br /> 1968-1976 and shows the development of Woodbridge. Woodbridge consisted of approximately <br /> 12 square blocks in 1910. <br /> The aerial photographs furnished by EDR are for the years 1957, 1963, 1984, 1993 and 1998. <br /> The RR tracks do not appear on the 1993 aerial. <br /> ` The Sanborn maps for 1895 and 1908 are included and show the site which would be located in <br /> Block 12, between the RR tracks and Live Oak(Lilac). A Church was located across Mokelumne <br /> Street to the north. A fruit packing company was located to the west and a hay building to the <br /> south. <br /> ;,The public water supply is listed as Mokelumne Acres Maint. District and several private small <br /> suppliers also exist in the area. From the EDR data it is evident the site has been located in an <br /> urban area for almost 100 years. <br /> L <br /> /The agricultural commissioner's report was not available at the printing of this report. Upon <br /> receipt it will be forwarded as an addendum. <br /> ` ✓The USDA Soil Map identifies the predominant soil as Tokay=Acampo and being moderately <br /> drained and well drained, moderately coarse textured soil. <br /> 6. The State Records were reviewed. The CVRWQCB list of 4/1/05 shows a listing at 838 <br /> Mokelumne Street for California Fuels and closed by RB. The DTSC's list has no listing on <br /> Mokelumne Street. <br /> 6. <br /> Local Environmental Records(EHD LUST) do not show a listing on Mokelumne or Lilac <br /> Streets. The Flood Control Map indicates an approximate depth of 22'to static water. The <br /> Planning Department, SJC, indicates the Zoning to be R/M. <br /> ` The site was visited on 8/2/05 and 8/19/05. Photographs are included and shows Parcel I and 2 to <br /> be vacant. A residence is under construction on the parcel to the west. (Photo "B") Since the <br /> photographs were taken, new construction is under way on Parcel 2. A park exists to the west of <br /> ` the SFR shown in photo `B". <br /> 2. <br />
