Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. Paving over the leach field or the leach field replacement area is only allowed if the leach field <br /> capacity or replacement area is relocated under permit and inspection by this Division. <br /> 2. Relocation of leach field replacement area shall be approved by this Division and shall provide <br /> for a minimum separation of one hundred (100) feet from the well to the leach lines and one <br /> hundred and fifty (150) feet from the well to the seepage pits. <br /> 3. Expanding the existing storm water drainage around into the leach field replacement area is <br /> allowed only if an equal area is set aside on site for the replacement area. <br /> OV,4. Prior to construction of the car wash, submit two (2) sets of engineered plans for the water <br /> recirculation system for our review and approval. A plan check fee of $156.00 is required. <br /> 5. A commercial system installation permit shall be obtained form this Division prior to construction <br /> of the car wash. The permit fee is $250.00 <br /> pf66. If the existing water well will continue to serve this project, then the car wash shall be provided <br /> with an appropriate level of back flow prevention to protect the domestic water supply. <br /> If the facility connects to the City of Stockton water system, then the existing water well must <br /> be destroyed under permit and inspection by this Division. <br /> A Div isiun,tt san 10aqu111 Cnuntc Hcalth Cam Semccs <br />
