Lee and Associates, Inc. <br /> 1137 North McDowell Boulevard <br /> Petaluma, California 94954 <br /> RE: Proposed Car Wash at Existing Shell Oil Service Station, <br /> 7700 Moreland Ct. , Stockton <br /> The Environmental Health Division (EHD) has reviewed your <br /> February 21, 1996, letter and the preliminary site plan for the <br /> proposed car wash at the above facility. EHD has the following <br /> comments pertaining to the proposed use: <br /> 1. The entire southeast corner area, or a minimum of <br /> 12 , 000 square feet, was set aside for the existing <br /> septic system and a minimum 100% replacement. <br /> 2 . Paving over the leach field or the leach field <br /> replacement area is only allowed if the leach field <br /> capacity or replacement area is relocated on site. <br /> 3 . Relocation of the leach field shall be done under <br /> permit and inspection by this Division and shall meet <br /> the required distances from the on-site public water <br /> system well. <br /> 4 . Relocation of leach field replacement area shall be <br /> approved by this Division and shall provide for a <br /> minimum seperation of 100 feet from the well to leach <br /> lines and 150 feet from the well to seepage pits. <br /> 5 . The existing septic tank can be relocated under a <br /> permit and inspection by this Division. It shall be <br /> maintained at a minimum distance of 100 feet from the <br /> well. <br /> 6 . Expanding the existing stormwater drainage pond into <br /> the leach field replacement area would be allowed only <br /> if an equal area was set aside on site for replacement <br /> area. <br /> A Division of San luaquin County Health Cam Sen,ic!.s <br />
