a- J <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on the site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. <br /> Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> e. SETBACKS: All structures shall conform to the following setback requirements: <br /> (1) All structures being replaced may be set back according to the legal, nonconforming <br /> setback in which they were constructed. <br /> (2) All new structures, those structures which will not be located in an original footprint, <br /> will be required to be set back a minimum of 30 feet from the front and rear property <br /> lines and 10 feet from the side property lines. (Development Title Table 9-610.3) <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth of asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free surface. Bumper guards shall <br /> be provided where necessary to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5) <br /> (2) One(1)space shall be provided for each mobile home site. <br /> (3) A minimum of nine (9) guest parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) <br /> handicapped accessible space. (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, <br /> however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
