Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Applicant shall provide letter from their public water and sewer district(s)stating that their <br /> district(s)are unable to provide services to applicant. <br /> B. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to issuance of a building permit(s). A review fee of$178.00 is required at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage Standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to final occupancy approval. A percolation test and a sewage disposal area, as <br /> determined by the percolation test, are required prior to the Environmental Health <br /> Department approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> Rag <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
