Mossdale Road APN: 239-030-08 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. The <br /> 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 23-feet NGVD. <br /> Mossdale Road has an existing right-of-way width of 52-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 52-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. The fee currently is $865.00 per 1,000 gross square foot of building <br /> designated as manufacturing the Tracy area.
