Pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1080.3(c), agricultural mitigation shall be satisfied <br /> by granting a farmland conservation easement or other farmland conservation mechanism <br /> set forth in San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1080.3(d) to or for the benefit <br /> of a Qualifying Entity. Pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1080.3(f), final approval of <br /> any project subject to agricultural mitigation is contingent upon the execution of the legal <br /> instrument to provide agricultural mitigation land and payment of the administrative fee, or <br /> approval and payment of an in-lieu fee. Issuance of a building or grading permit for the <br /> parcel will require submission of the required legal instrument. <br /> Next Step <br /> If the applicant chooses to submit a full application for a Zone Reclassification, it will be <br /> necessary to do the following: <br /> • Submit ten (10) copies of the completed Zone Reclassification application. <br /> • Submit ten (10) copies of the assessor page with the area to be amended and <br /> rezoned outlined.
