Brown, Sr. <br /> General Partner <br /> Mossdale Associates, Ltd. <br /> 874 E_ Woodward Road <br /> Manteca, CA 95337 <br /> Dear Mr. Brown: <br /> You have indicated an interest in developing land within the service area of the <br /> Oakwood Lake Water District (District)for the purposes of freeway commercial services. <br /> In that regard, you have requested water, wastewater and stormwater drainage services <br /> from the District. <br /> The District will serve those needs upon the following conditions: <br /> 1. Mossdale Associates, Ltd. (Mossdale) shall obtain an approved tentative <br /> map for the subdivision from San ,Joaquin County. The following <br /> conditions shall be made conditions of the tentative map, and shall be <br /> identified as "Oakwood Lake Water District Conditions to the Tentative <br /> Map." <br /> 2. Mossdale agrees to provide for the construction of a wastewater treatment <br /> plant(WVVTP) capable of treating up to 150,000 gallons per day. <br /> Mossdale may provide for this plant by either providing the necessary <br /> financing to the District to build the plant, or by building the plant itself and <br /> dedicating the plant and all ancillary construction, to the District upon <br /> completion. If the latter, Mossdale shall submit to the District for prior <br /> approval all plans and contracts. Upon completion of the plant, and its <br /> certification as meeting all Federal, State and local standards, the District <br /> shall accept the offer of dedication. <br /> 3. Mossdale agrees to provide for construction of a water(both potable water <br /> and fire protection water) system to accommodate the proposed <br /> development. Mossdale may provide for this plant by either providing the <br /> necessary financing to the District to construct the plant, or by <br /> constructing the plant itself and dedicating all constructed facilities to the <br /> District upon completion.
