"ATTACHMENT B" <br /> Previously Approved Conditions of Approval for <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500143 <br /> Note: the original Conditions of Approval were approved by the Board of Supervisors on <br /> November 22. 2005 with an expiration date of November 22, 2017. A six-year time extension <br /> request was approved by the Board of Supervisors on October 24 2017 and the <br /> new expiration date is November 22, 2023. <br /> Major Subdivision PA-0500143 <br /> Matthews Land Inc. <br /> Specific Plan III NEIGHBORHOOD A/B <br /> (Tentative Map Tract 3506) <br /> Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500143 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on <br /> October 24, 2017. This Tentative Map approval will expire on November 22, 2023, unless (1) <br /> all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map has been filed with <br /> and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br /> Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. <br /> Ordinance requirements cannot be modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br /> I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Staff Contact: John Funderburg, <br /> 468-3160) <br /> GENERAL <br /> 1. Tentative Map Compliance: The Final Map(s)shall be in substantial compliance with the <br /> Tentative Map dated March 11, 2005 (PA-0500143—Matthews Land, Inc. Property in the <br /> central portion of combined Neighborhoods A/B), and all Conditions of Approval. <br /> a. The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan and <br /> all other applicable Community Approvals. <br /> b. Minor modifications to street and lot configurations may be allowed by the Community <br /> Development Director without requiring a new subdivision map application or a revision to <br /> approved actions application. <br /> c. The project shall comply with College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br /> Tentative Map. <br /> 2. Subsequent Approvals: All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals shall be <br /> subject to Design Consistency Review and shall be consistent with the conditions of approval <br /> for the Tentative Map. Final Maps shall be recorded containing the following note: <br /> "All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals within the boundaries of this subdivision <br /> map shall be subject to Design Consistency Review and shall be consistent with the conditions <br /> of approval adopted for the Tentative Map Tract 3506 in Neighborhood A/B." <br /> Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and prior to issuance of development permits. <br /> 1 <br />
