The Regional Water Quality Control Board recommended a third area for further study in a letter <br /> dated May 26,2005(Appendix F). All of the areas identified for further study were separated from the <br /> subject property by a fully delineated area. <br /> ` AZ2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> According to Kim Campbell of the EHD,no records were on file for the subject property address of <br /> �. 22261 Mountain House Parkway or historical address of 22261 Patterson Pass Road.' <br /> L The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated August 5,2005,and the LOP/Non-LDP Sites list, <br /> dated July 20, 2004, were reviewed at the EHD on September 26, 2005. One listed site was found <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property: <br /> Charlie Spatafore 23577 Mountain House Pkwy <br /> Files were reviewed for the above property at the EHD on October 14, 2005. A Limited Soil and <br /> L GroundwaterAssessment'prepared by Kleinfelder,Inc. indicated that the case involves a Chevron crude <br /> oil pipeline which reportedly ruptured on December 4,2003 during the ripping of soil for agricultural <br /> i purposes. Kleinfelder collected soil and groundwater samples in an effort to delineate the <br /> L contamination and estimated that approximately 47,000 cubic yards of soil will need to be removed <br /> from the property. Low levels of petroleum constituents below the federal Maximum Contaminant <br /> Levels (MCLs)were found in the groundwater. A workplan for remediation'prepared by Kleinfelder <br /> r. on August 16, 2005 was also on file. Soil excavation, confirmation sampling, and groundwater <br /> monitoring well installation were proposed. Based on review of the maps included with these <br /> documents,the contamination at this case is located over one-quarter mile south of the subject property <br /> L (Appendix F). <br /> The UST Program Facility Inventory by Facility Name, dated April 11, 2001,was searched at the EHD on <br /> September 26, 2005 for the names of Machado and Lucky J Dairy.
