The school funding agreements between the applicant and LESD and TUSD shall be <br /> implemented to provide interim and permanent funding for school facilities, as evidenced by <br /> certificates of compliance from these jurisdictions stating that the developer has complied <br /> with funding requirements as per the agreements. . SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Staff Contact Erin <br /> Sickler, 209-468-3913) <br /> 1.
