A six -year time extension <br />request was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 6, 2018 <br />and the new expiration date is November 6, 2024. <br />Revised Conditions of Approval <br />Major Subdivision PA -0500838 <br />Joe J. & Lillian E. Machado <br />Specific Plan III Portion of Neighborhood A/B <br />(Tentative Map Tract 3481) <br />Six-year Time Extension for Major Subdivision Application No. PA-0500838—Tentative Map <br />Tract 3481 (Small Lot Tentative Map) was approved by the Board of Supervisors on <br />November 6, 2018. The effective date of approval is November 6, 2018. This Tentative Map <br />approval will expire on November 6, 2024, which is six (6) years from the effective date of <br />approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Final Map <br />has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br />Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br />complied with prior to approval of the Final Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section <br />Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. <br />Ordinance requirements cannot be modified and other ordinance requirements may apply. <br />I. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: John <br />Funder burg, 468-3160) <br />GENERAL <br />1. Tentative Map Compliance: The Final Map(s) shall be in substantial compliance with the <br />Tentative Map dated May 3, 2006, and all Conditions of Approval. <br />a. The project shall comply with applicable policies of the Mountain House Master Plan and <br />all other applicable Community Approvals. <br />b. Minor modifications to street and lot configurations may be allowed by the Community <br />Development Director without requiring a new subdivision map application or a revision to <br />approved actions application. <br />c. The project shall comply with College Park at Mountain House Specific Plan III <br />Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and any other Development Approvals subsequent to the <br />Tentative Map. <br />2. Subsequent Approvals: All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals shall be <br />subject to Design Consistency Review and shall be consistent with the conditions of approval <br />for the Tentative Map. Final Maps shall be recorded containing the following note: <br />"All subsequent discretionary and ministerial approvals within the boundaries of this subdivision <br />map shall be subject to Design Consistency Review and shall be consistent with the conditions <br />of approval adopted for the Tentative Map for Tract 3481 in Neighborhood A/B." <br />Timing: Prior to Final Map approval and prior to issuance of development permits. <br />
