Project Description: The Machado project consists of a Large Lot Major
Subdivision application, a Small Lot Major Subdivision application, and a
Development Agreement with San Joaquin County. The project will result in the
development of 286 dwelling units plus 29-second units on 73.3 acres. In addition,
the proposed project includes 8.2 acres of office commercial uses, 21.5 acres for an
industrial park, a K-8 school site, a portion of a park, pocket parks, and landscaped —
trail corridors.
Infrastructure associated with this development would include water distribution —
lines, electrical and gas lines, roads, telephone lines, drainage improvements, etc.
The water and wastewater facilities to serve this development would be located
within Mountain House but outside the boundaries of the proposed project. A more detailed description of the project can be found
in Chapter 2: Project Description of this Checklist. —
9.
