LMOUNTAIN HOUSE PROPOSED MACHADO TENTATIVE MAP 2.0 PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> L <br /> Electrical/Gas Lines <br /> L The Modesto Irrigation District(MID)will provide electricity and Pacific Gas and Electric <br /> will provide gas service. Construction of the necessary infrastructure to provide these <br /> Ir services will be the responsibility of the two companies. <br /> Biotics <br /> L As called for in the San Joaquin Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open Space Plan <br /> (SJMSCP), the applicant will be required to conduct pre-construction surveys and implement <br /> "take"-avoidance procedures for special-status species identified in the plan. In addition,the <br /> r. applicant is required to institute measures to prevent ground squirrel occupation at the project <br /> site, consistent with guidelines set forth in the SJMSCP(San Joaquin COG,2001). <br /> L <br /> Off-Site Development <br /> L, Improvements such as the water and wastewater plants,the raw water pump station and <br /> conveyance line,and MID Substation have been the subject of separate environmental review <br /> and are now constructed.
