MOUNTAIN HOUSE PROPOSED MACHADO'NNTATIVE MAP 3.0 ENVIRONMENTALDETERMINATION —
I find that the proposed project MAY have a"potentially significant impact'or"potentially
significant unless mitigated" impact on the environment, but at least one effect 1)has been
adequately analyzed in an earlier document pursuant to applicable legal standards, and 2)has
been addressed by mitigation measures based on the earlier analysis as described on attached
sheets. An ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT is required, but it must analyze only the
effects that remain to be addressed.
I find that: 1)the SPIIIEIR has been prepared and certified; 2) all potentially significant impacts
of SPIII have been addressed in the SPIIIEIR; 3)the proposed project is a subsequent activity _
that is within the scope of the SPIIIEIR; and 4) the checklist found that there are no effects that
were not examined in the SPIIIEIR and no new mitigation is required. Therefore,as provided
by CEQA Guidelines Section 15168 (c), no new environmental document is required.
Signature Chandler Martin, Deputy Director of Planning Dale
For: San Joaquin County Community Development Department
3-2
