MOUNTAIN HOUSE PROPOSED MACHADO TENTATIVE MAP 4. ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST
4.7 HAZARDS
An Incident Action Plan for the Mountain House Community will be prepared by the
MHCSD. The proposed project would not interfere with an emergency response plan or
emergency evacuation plan.
Mitigation Measures
No mitigation measures are required.
h) Expose people or structures to a significant risk of loss, injury or death involving
wildland fires, including where wildlands are adjacent to urbanized areas or where
residences are intermixed with wildlands?
The proposed project would be located within an urban community. There would be no wildfire
fuel in the area when development is complete. The surrounding agricultural lands may be
covered with crops or native grasses or tilled in preparation of planting. Since conditions around
the project site would make wildland fires unlikely, the impacts would be less than significant.
Mitigation Measures
No mitigation measures are required.
SOURCES OF INFORMATION
Associated Engineering, Inc. 2006.
