We used the ASTM search radii during review of the regulatory agency lists shown on Plate 5. In summary,we identified no confirmed federal or state"Superfund"sites located on or within one L mile of the subject property during review of the former DHS's Bond Expenditure Plan,U.S. EPA's National Priorities List(NPL), and the Cal-EPA's Active Annual Workplan Sites database. No potential federal Superfund sites were identified on or within one-half mile of the property during review of U.S. EPA's Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Information System (CERCLIS). The subject and adjacent properties are not listed as Resource I.. Conservation and Recovery Act(RCRA) Generators. The property does not appear in U.S.EPA's Emergency Response Notification System (ERNS) database. No RCRA Treatment, Storage or ` Disposal (TSD) facilities are located on or within one-half mile of the property, based on the database review. 6' State and County Databases L Review of various state databases shown on Plate 5 using the ASTM search radii including but not limited to OEHHA's Hazardous Waste and Substances Sites List,the RWQCB Central LValley Tank Tracking System database and the Cal-EPA Hazardous Waste Information System (HazNet) reveals one facility, located on or within one-half mile of the subject property that is known to have experienced unauthorized hazardous materials release(s). We discussed this L facility with the San Joaquin County Environmental Management Division(SJCEMD). Staff member at the SJCEMD explained to us that there were no records on file for this facility at the ` county. No known contaminated municipal groundwater wells, or active or inactive landfills are listed on, adjacent to, or within one-half mile of the subject property.
