Presented herein is <br /> a workplan for a preliminary delineation investigation of potential petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in soil and groundwater along a portion of the former subsurface crude oil <br /> Central Valley Pipeline route located northwest of Tracy, California(Figure 1). <br /> Specifically,the area designated for preliminary delineation is an approximately one-mile <br /> long section of the former pipeline alignment located west of Mountain House Parkway. <br /> The pipeline trends northwest/southeast and extends across several parcels west of <br /> Mountain House Parkway. The parcels are scheduled to be developed for residential use <br /> as part of the Mountain House Development. The parcels that are covered by this <br /> workplan are Parcel 209-450-04(part of Neighborhood C),Parcels 20450-11,209-450- <br /> 12, 209-450-13 (Neighborhood D), and Parcel 209-060-08 (Neighborhood B). <br /> Neighborhoods C and D are located north of Grant Line Road, and Neighborhood B is <br /> located south of Grant Line Road(Figure 2). These parcels are currently open farmland <br /> or in use for dairy operations. The parcels are located southeast of Parcel 209-050-08, <br /> which is currently under development, also known as Neighborhood E.
