Adopt the attached resolution approving Major Subdivision application PA- <br /> 0500838 with the Findings and Conditions of Approval attached thereto as <br /> Exhibit"A"and as Exhibit `B"respectively and made a part of said Resolution; <br /> 2. Adopt the attached resolution approving Major Subdivision application PA- <br /> 0600161 with the Findings and Conditions of Approval attached thereto as <br /> Exhibit"A"and as Exhibit`B"respectively and made a part of said Resolution; <br /> 3. Adopt the attached ordinance approving Development Agreement PA-0600127 <br /> with the Findings for Development Agreement contained in the Machado Project <br /> staff report; <br /> 4. Adopt the attached Board Order finding that an Environmental Checklist <br /> ("Checklisf)contained in the Machado Project staff report was prepared for the <br /> project . The Checklist concluded that: 1)the project is a subsequent activity that is <br /> within the scope of the Specific Plan III EIR(SPIHEIR);2) there are no effects of <br /> the project that were not examined in the SPIIIEIR; 3)and no new mitigation is <br /> required for the project. Consequently, as provided by CEQA Guidelines Section <br /> 15168 (c),no new environmental document is required; and <br />
